Today, that work is growing. We're expanding childcare, strengthening education pathways, and creating real job opportunities for local youth - all connected in one system that supports people from early childhood through workforce readiness.

Early Learning Center
Infant through school-age childcare—giving the youngest community members a strong foundation, and giving parents peace of mind.
Teen Zone
A safe, structured after-school space where young people belong, build skills, and have adults who show up for them.
Youth Education & Engagement
Support for students who need a different path forward—meeting them where they are and helping them move toward graduation and beyond.
Workforce Development
Paid job training and real employment experience that turns potential into paychecks—and young people into contributors.
