Phoenix Charter School is a public high school in the Roseburg School District and is open to all students in Douglas County. Admission is never competitive and we do not charge tuition. We accept students on a space available basis upon receipt of a complete enrollment packet.
Steps to enroll:
Complete an Intent to Enroll Form (click here for GED / click here for High School Diploma) and return to Phoenix via fax, Attn: Kelli Traviss (541-957-5906), via email (email@example.com), or bring it by in person to our school.
Once we have received your Intent to Enroll form we will place your student on a waiting list. When space becomes available you will be contacted to schedule your Orientation Week:
Thursday afternoon: The prospective student will receive a tour of our school and an informational interview with our teaching staff where they will work together to select a class schedule. Parents and/or guardians are welcome to attend but it is not required.
Monday & Tuesday the following week: Prospective students will shadow a current student in the classroom to help them get a feel for our school.
Wednesday: First day of school!
Please bring any questions you may have with you to your Orientation Week activities. Please feel free to look over our student handbook prior to your orientation interview.
